My story

 

For me, Hospitality is a lifestyle and has always been my passion. I have been working for more than 15 years for cafes and big chain hotels.

 

Started up as a barista, I worked hard right from scratch, gained all the knowledge and took it to the next level. I also trained to be a chef and developed an interest in baking. I became an entrepreneur at my early age of experience and managed to run a café as a business with one of the government departments.

 

Cooking is one of my favourite things to do and using turmeric as a spice to all ethnic food that I cook. I have never been sick in the last 12 years in NZ and I tribute it to regular consumption of turmeric.

 

Hence, I made this concept of having my own café and turmeric as an essence to the menu. I want to pass it on to the community and make them aware of its benefits.
